We book these resorts every week and we have stayed in most of the buildings. If you want a straight answer before you book, the chat is the quickest way to get one.

It is open on every page, bottom right, and it is where you get the fastest answer. Nothing is too small to ask.

Is it free on our dates? · What does a week cost for six? · How far is the door from the lift? · Is there a garage? · Can we bring the dog? · Which floor is it on?

We usually reply within a few minutes while we are at the desk. Outside that, leave your dates and your email in the chat and you will have an answer in the morning.

Email

For the longer things — a group, several apartments in the same building, an invoice, or something that did not go the way it should. Write to info@nordicalps.com.

Already booked

Have your booking reference to hand — it is in the confirmation email you received when you booked. With that we can find your stay straight away, in the chat or by email.

Nordic Alps is run by Nordic Travel Services AS, Science Park Kongsvinger, Norway. We sell accommodation at ski resorts in Norway and Sweden, and we answer in English, Norwegian and Swedish.
