Why Norway

Big mountains, short transfers, no surprises.

Norway is where Scandinavia keeps its vertical. The resorts sit two to three hours from Oslo Airport, the snow is reliable from December, and March to mid-April gives long days on firm pistes. Everything we list is booked direct with live prices – the same price the resort charges, with a local team if you need one.

One airport does it all

Oslo Airport has direct flights from most of Europe year round. Hire a car or take the transfer – Trysil and Hafjell are about two hours, Kvitfjell two and a half, Hemsedal and Geilo three.

Apartments at the lift

Norway is apartment and cabin country. Most stays sleep four to eight with a proper kitchen, drying room and ski storage. Priced per week, so the per-person cost falls as the group grows.

Spring skiing that lasts

The season runs to late April at most resorts and into May at Hemsedal. March and April mean sun, long days and the best snow of the year up high.

Getting there

Fly to Oslo. Then it is a drive, a train or a transfer.
