Why two bedrooms and two bathrooms is the layout to look for

Two couples sharing an apartment is only a good idea with two bathrooms. Two families with a child each, or grandparents and a young family, the same. Two showers, two WCs, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and the lift is 30 metres away. Split the price per bedroom and it is the best-value week in the building.
