Bedrooms Bedroom 1: Large connection room with a 180 cm double bed and a sofa bed. The room has direct access to a private bathroom – ideal for those who want extra comfort and privacy. Bedroom 2: Furnished with a 180 cm double bed, perfect for couples or guests who appreciate space and a calm atmosphere. Bedroom 3: Family bunk bed with a 150 cm lower bed and a 90 cm upper bunk – ideal for children, teens or friends. Bedroom 4: Also equipped with a family bunk bed (150 cm lower / 90 cm upper), offering flexible and practical sleeping arrangements. Living room and kitchen The open and bright living area creates a warm and social atmosphere – perfect after a day on the mountain. Living room: Spacious and comfortable, with a TV and plenty of seating for the whole group, ideal for cozy evenings and relaxation. Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, large induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The large kitchen island is the natural gathering point for cooking, shared meals and social moments. Dining area: Ample seating around the dining table for shared meals and quality time. Bathrooms The apartment offers three modern bathrooms, providing excellent comfort and flexibility for larger groups and families. Design and atmosphere Apartment 402 is tastefully decorated with high-quality materials and a warm, modern alpine style that creates a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The south- and west-facing orientation offers beautiful views and large balconies with excellent sunlight — the perfect place for a peaceful morning or a relaxing evening. Capacity The apartment accommodates a total of 10 + 2 guests , including the sofa bed in the connection room. Additional information Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The main guest must be at least 18 years old, and all guests must be 18 or older unless accompanied by a guardian. The person responsible for the booking must stay in the apartment for the entire stay. The apartment includes two private parking spaces in the garage, with elevator access to the unit, as well as the possibility to connect an electric car to a charger.
