Bedrooms Bedroom 1: Large connection room with a 180 cm double bed. The room has direct access to a private bathroom – ideal for guests who want extra comfort and privacy. Bedroom 2: Furnished with a 180 cm double bed, perfect for couples or guests who appreciate space and a calm atmosphere. Bedroom 3: Family bunk bed with a 150 cm lower bed and a 90 cm upper bunk – a great choice for children, teens or friends. Bedroom 4: Also equipped with a family bunk bed (150 cm lower / 90 cm upper), offering flexible and practical sleeping arrangements. Living Room and Kitchen The open and bright living area creates a warm and social atmosphere – perfect after a day on the slopes. Living Room: Spacious and comfortable, equipped with a TV and ample seating for the whole group, ideal for relaxation and cozy evenings. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, large cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The large kitchen island is a natural gathering point for meals, breakfast and social moments. Dining Area: Plenty of room around the dining table for shared meals and quality time together. Additional Information • Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. • Pets and smoking are not allowed. • The main guest must be at least 18 years old, and all guests must be 18 or older – except children accompanied by a legal guardian. • The person responsible for the booking must stay in the apartment for the entire stay. • Two private parking spaces are available in the garage, with elevator access to the apartment, and the option to connect an electric car to a charger.
